You may return any returnable item that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact sold by AphroBridal.com within 72 hours after you receive your order (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information). Several conditions must be met before AphroBridal will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. We accept returns via mail only. If you want to return any items you purchase at AphroBridal.com, please send an email to our customer service service@aphrobridal.com, and we will direct you finish your return.
For all returnable items purchased online, please email to service@aphrobridal.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 72 hours after you receive the package (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information). Once the RMA is emailed, you will have 5 days to ship back your order, and email us your scanned shipping receipt or Shipping Waybill as soon as you ship your order back. If we failed to receive your Shipping Receipt or Shipping Waybill, it will be deemed that you abandon return your order.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. RMA Numbers will expire after 5 days since we send RMA Number to customer, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your RMA confirmation will include the address where you should ship your return. If you are returning a dress, your RMA confirmation will include an address label (not prepaid) that you can use to return your merchandise to the proper address. Please include the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package.
We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Requested by policies of Chinese Customs, when you want to reship an item, if you need to fill in the value for customs in the invoice statement or the shipment waybill, we highly recommend the value is lower than 40 USD, which can guarantee your reshipment safe and propitious, otherwise it could be disturbed because of the high value.
AphroBridal.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Custom Tailored Items, including
AphroBridal.com does not refund for any item that is not returnable.
If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the item back to you when we receive your shipping fee accordingly.
You will receive a refund for the item price plus shipping and handling fees if the return is the result of our error. Please note to return the item via lowest cost shipping method. And the shipping fee is limited to 30$. If the shipping receipt was lost, we will provide 15$ as the shipping fee at most. The shipping fee only exists when the return is the result of our error.
If you think there is problem with your order, please email to service@aphrobridal.com to provide us the evidence and detailed explanation for the problem. We will check and make sure whether the problem is the result of our error.
We also offer partial refunds if you would like to return a returnable items but conditions for a full refund is not met.
We’ll check and make sure the conditions of your returned item after we receive and process your return according to our Return Policy.
If your return is meet full refund or partial refund condition, we will refund you in 5 to 10 working days by PAYPAL since we receive the returned item.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you need to alter size (not the result of our error), you shall email to service@aphrobridal.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 7 days after you receive your package (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information). We will provide size-altering service for free for the first time, any size altering request after that will be charged according to the cost of alteration.
